Grids
- AstroGel ND
The AstroGel ND is a modular ceiling grid system
which do not require silicons or mastics to seal
joints. Available in lightweight extruded aluminium,
anodized and powder coated white finish. The grid
is flexible, can be customized to any size of
grid openings and is leakfree. The width of the
profile is designed to minimize air turbulence
and to accept cleanroom lights, partitions, and
glass panels. Penetration points for sprinklers,
smoke detectors or electrical conduits are in
the grid itself. Available in both a wet and dry
seal execution.
- 55mm Tee-Bar® Grid
The inverted Tee-Bar Ceiling grid is a 55mm wide
lightweight system designed to accommodate individual
filter modules, blank panels, and 'lay-in' light
fixtures in Class 1,000 to Class 100,000 cleanrooms.
Made of lightweight extruded aluminium, the Tee-Bar
system is also suitable for Class 100 applications
in which entire cleanroom ceiling is composed
of AstroCel™ Ceiling Modules and teardrop
light fixtures. Anodized or powder coated white
finish as optional.

 Teardrop
Light Fixture
The narrow tear-drop light and the special shape
of the diffusers minimize turbulence and ensure
that the laminar airflow in a cleanroom is not
disturbed. It can be used as a single unit with
end caps or in continuous rows. Complete set :
Sheet metal housing, diffuser plate and metal
cover for ballast excluding fluorescent lamp.
Paint finish: Epoxy polyester color white.
- Lay-in Light Fixture
The lay-in light units are designed for installation
in a grid lattice of 300 x 1200 mm (2 tubes) or
600 x 1200mm (4 tubes). The housings are factory
sealed with "T" type hinges for easy removal of
lens door and change of fluorescent tubes from
the cleanroom side. Complete set: Sheet metal
housing, diffuser plate and metal cover for ballast
excluding fluorescent lamp. Paint finish: Epoxy
polyester color white.
