FINAL FILTERS (Box, Mini-Pleat)
AAF supplies a full range of
High Efficiency Particulate Air (HEPA), Ultra Low
Penetration Air Filters (ULPA), Super Ulpa (SULPA)
and PolyTetraFluoroEthylene (PTFE) Membrane Filters.
They are used in cleanrooms and other applications
requiring ultra-clean air. Applications include
semiconductor, electronics, pharmaceutical manufacturing,
food processing, hospitals and labs. Each filter
is factory scanned using sophisticated laser technology
to ensure leak-free operation and guarantee performance
prior to shipment. AAF offers a variety of efficiencies
from 99.95% tested on 0.3µm particles to 99.999995%
tested on 0.12µm particles.

Efficiency Filters
- AstroCel I HCX (High Capacity)
High Capacity AstroCel I has the same construction
as the Standard AstroCel I except that it is designed
to handle up to 500FPM with lower resistance.
Available efficiencies: 99.97% to 99.9995%. Available
nominal depth : 6" and 12".
- AstroCel I HT (High Temperature)
Same construction as the AstroCel I filter except
that the High Temperature filter is made with
Stainless steel or alumium cell sides and special
sealant specifically built for applications with
continuous operating temperatures up to 750°F.
Available efficiencies: 99.97% to 99.99%. Available
nominal depth: 6" and 12".
- AstroCel I
HEPA & ULPA filter available in a broad selection
of efficiencies, cell side materials and configurations.
Separators are available in corrugated or vinyl
coated aluminum. Made of ultra fine glass fiber
media. Available eficiencies: 99.97% to 99.9995%.
Available nominal depth: 6" and 12".
