AstroPak
The mini-pleat AstroPak filter is a High
Efficiency Particulate Air (HEPA) filter used
to remove fine airborne particulate in semi-conductor,
pharmaceutical, hospital, and food processing
industries. Available in various sizes and construction
materials such as MDF, and particle board, galvanized
steel. Stainless steel and aluminum are available
as options. All standard AstroPak filters can
be operated at temperature up to 90°C (230°F).
Available efficiencies: 99.99% to 99.999%. Available
nominal depth: 3", 6" and 12".
- AstroCel® II
Mini-pleat
design filter using special thermoplastic bead
separators. Available with a variety of media
pack configurations and efficiencies: 99.99% to
99.99995%. Standard extruded aluminum cell sides
available with knife-edge or gasket seal frame.
Available nominal depth: 2" to 4".

High capacity filter specifically designed for
use in high air volume applications up to 4000
m3/h (2500cfm). Multiple mini-pleat packs arranged
in a V-shaped galvanized steel housing; ensures
high efficiency filtration with low air resistance.
Available efficiencies: 99.99% to 99.999%. Available
nominal depth: 12".
- AstroVee
A
series of mini-pleat packs assembled in a V-shaped
powder coated electro-galvanised steel housing.
Specifically designed for installation in both
Constant Air Volume (CAV) and Variable Air Volume
(VAV) systems. Available efficiencies: 99.99%
to 99.999%. Available nominal depth: 12".
