Frames

• Universal Holding Frame
  AAF's Universal Holding Frame is an individual unit that can be used individually or arranged in any size filter bank using a combination of the available sizes. Standard units are manufactured in galvanised steel. Other materials are available.
  
  
  
  
• AmerFrame and RenuFrame™
  The AmerFrame and RenuFrame™ hold a wide range of pre-cut synthetic and fiberglass media pads designed for light to extra heavy dust loading conditions. AmerFrame is available in 1" and 2", while RenuFrame™ is available in 2" only.
  
  
  
  

Housings

• AccessAir™ Housing System
  AccessAir™ Side Access Housing is designed for use with air handling units or other side access equipment. It offers the convenience of filter servicing from outside the air duct and is especially suited for installations with space limitation. Available in various features, arrangement or models including:
  
  - AccessAir Polyseal design is for general purpose requirements of the heating, ventilation and air-conditioning industry with AAF's unique gasket seal design.
  
  - AccessAir Leverlock design provides the insurance of a "fail safe" mechanically actuated full face pressure sealing system for all applications.
  
  - AccessAir Absorber is a gas phase filtration system especially designed to meet indoor air quality needs, offering flexibility both in the type and quantities of absorbents tailored for specific applications.
  
  - AccessAir Demister traps mist, fog and other liquid droplets, preventing them from entering an air system. The unit features metal mesh coalescing filters, with filter tracks individually drained to a common bottom drain.
  
  - AccessAir Diffuser with perforated baffle plates protects downstream filters and components from high velocity and turbulent air flow patterns.
  
  
  
• RPT Safe Change
  The RPT Safe Change Housing is a reliable duct housing for HEPA filters used for the purification of air in hazardous environments, in particular areas where Radioactive Pathogenic or Toxic materials are handled. The compact housing is equipped with a fully enclosed bag system and is capable of withstanding an overpressure of up to 2500Pa positive and 3000Pa negative. It has a maximum temperature limit of 60oC. Differential pressure measuring points are included as standard in both the prefilter and main filter sections.
  
  
• AstroSeal 500 Side Access
  The AccessAir AstroSeal 500 side access filter housing is designed for use with air handling units or other side access equipment. It offers the convenience of filter servicing from outside the air duct and is especially suited for installations with space limitation. AstroSeal housings are fabricated to withstand a pressure drop of 10" w.g. Available in 15 sizes, with capacities from 2,000 cfm to 30,000cfm.

Equipment

• Roll-O-Matic
  The Roll-O-Matic filter is a heavy duty, rigidly constructed, automatic, renewable filter media for use in a wide range of air conditioning and ventilating systems in commercial, public and industrial buildings. The model consists of an upper dispensing unit to accommodate the media roll, a lower rewind unit with a drive motor with gear assembly to accept the used media. A built-in control unit advances the media from the dispensing unit into the effective filtration area. On reaching its final resistance, the media is automatically spooled into the rewind unit. Available in both horizontal and vertical models.
  
  
• MultiDuty Automatic Air Filter
  The MultiDuty is a self-cleaning, viscous air filter using rotating metal panels as the filtering media. The low maintenance unit is particularly suited for high dust concentration Applications including general air handling unit in hospitals, offices and public building as well as heavy-duty applications in steel, chemical, cement and other processing industries. It can also be used as air intake filter in rotating machine applications like gas turbine, compressors and engines. The MultiDuty filter can be used in custom designed intake air systems as a single stage air cleaner or in combination with other filters as prefilter in a multi-stage filtration systems.
